  1. The Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) was founded in 1998 in Tripoli (Libya - Africa)
  2. The Treaty on the creation of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States was signed by Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Chad, and Sudan
