Colombia and Chile have signed the following trade agreements:

  1. Economic Complementation Agreement ACE No. 24
  2. Colombia-Chile Agreement
  3. Agreement for promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Foreign direct investment

The Colombia-Chile Free Trade Agreement (additional protocol to ACE 24), entered into force in 2009.

The main objective of the Colombia-Chile Free Trade Agreement is to set up an economic area between Colombia and Chile, enabling free movement of products, services, and foreign direct investment.

In 2010, Chile and Colombia introduced modifications to the specific rules of origin.
